Once you fulfill payment via Paypal or Wiretransfer, transaction immediately completes and domain becomes available for transfer-out. You can request domain authcode anytime in your order list.

For wiretransfer, you have 5 business days to send wire and upload the payment receipt in your order list.
Note: Order will be automatically canceled if you fail to upload the payment receipt of wire transfer within 5 business days.

Your account will be suspended immediately once you commit any chargeback fraud and can only be recovered after you repay all of the chargeback amount via wiretransfer.
